Follow these simple steps to extract audio from Instagram videos or download Reels in just a few clicks.
Extracting Audio from Instagram Videos
Find the Instagram Video
Browse Instagram to find the video containing the audio you want to extract. This can be a regular post, a Reel, an IGTV video, or even a Story that's been shared to a profile.
Pro Tip
If you're looking for a specific sound or music, try searching hashtags related to that audio or check the audio page on Instagram to find videos using that sound.
Copy the Video URL
Once you've found the video, you need to copy its URL. Here's how to do it on different devices:
On Mobile
- Tap the three dots (⋯) on the top right of the post
- Select "Copy Link" from the menu
- The URL is now copied to your clipboard
On Desktop
- Click on the post to open it
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
- Or click the three dots and select "Copy Link"
Paste URL & Extract Audio
Now that you have the URL, it's time to extract the audio:

Processing Time
